Mini Mover

I have a tight space in an alley to park my 23" trailer, I was wondering if there is any good devices out there that I can use to help me park, I've looked at the remote controlled Purple line Trailer mover, pricey at $1500, I've looked at a Mini mover. $600. Need one for 5000lb rating
Would appreciate any advice on this

Thanks

My pops had a hitch mounted to the front of his truck. Helped him with his 24' boat.

I've been quite satisfied with this dolly, been using it for six years.
