I bought a new2011 29rlx in may of 2012 and have an mould/mildew smell in slide cupboard and cupboard above sink. the dealer and crossroads do not seem to share my concern regarding the odour. I attended rv show on weekend and noticed same odour from a crossroads trailer at the show. Have other people had the same problem.

Not me, but I have another brand now. However I never had any such odors in my previous Crossroads....

I'd inspect the entire slide seams/seals/etc. to ensure you have no water entry into the slide unit. Any cracks or missing caulking, bad sealing seals, etc. can allow water to enter.....

We actually found mold in our cabinet next to the slide. Still investigating the cause. Not at all happy about it. We bought our TT jan 2011.

Ihave a 2012 29RLX, but no mold smell(yet).I had a leak around the air conditioner seal, but the water from the leak ran inside the ceiling and would drip onto the top of the kitchen cabinet.Have one person spray the top of the camper with a water hose while a second person is inside standing on a chair with a flashlight looking above the kitchen cabinet for a drip. Pay special attentionto the plastic molding that is between each ceiling panel. The plastic molding is cut short above the cabinet and that is where the water would drip out of the ceiling and on top ofmy kitchen cabinet. If you have a leak like mine it might explain the mold smell from thekitchen cabinet.

Better late than never eh, and probably not your problem? Had a strong smell in the bedroom/closet, thoughtthere must be aleak in the front cap. Turns outwater inthe trap in the Washer/Dryerdrainwas the culprit, poured vinigar in the drain and closed off the opening with duck tape and no more odor. .02$
