Hi, new here. We bought a 2006 Zinger 29BH last year. Recently our living area slide stopped and started a few times while putting it out. It then when in normally. Now both slides will not work, no noise, nothing. I also noticed that I cannot turn the water heater onto electric, never tried it on gas. I have not had much time to look at it, was just wondering if anyone had this in the past. The owners manual is not helpful at all.

Thanks!Edited by: campingcouple

Have you check all the fuses and breakers? Is your coach battery fully charged? Sounds like you have lost electrical some place.

Probably a power issue but could have been from the slide sticking and overloading the motors. Make sure you keep your slide mechanisms lubed or they will gunk up over time and stick causing failure or breakage of components. Use a good spray lube available at all RV dealers (slide lubricant). The slides need regular maintenance just like everything else. I have seen 2 year old units freeze up and break components because of improper maintenance.Keeping them lubed also keeps them nice and quiet. If they are noisy you have issues. Could also be alignment out of whack but start with the easy stuff. Find your power problem first.
