We were at a dealer yesterday and they just got in a new 2011 Cruiser. The first thing I noticed was new basement storage doors. They went back to the flip up but they have automatic latches. All you have to door is shut the door and the latches snap into place. I did a quick measurement of the doors and they look like they are the same size as my side opening door. The dealer said they are a little heavier so the little plastic hook doesn't work to well holding the door open so he suggested using a hook like they use on the main door. It appears as though the entire compartment door assembly can be simply unscrewed and replaced. I was very impressed with these new doors. I have a 2011 but it was one of the first ones so I didn't get all the new stuff.

I also noticied the Cruiser no longer has the step in the bedroom. They also have installed a skylight over the kitchen. Should also mention the Cruiser we were looking at was the patriot edition.

Slam baggage doors. A couple of trailers we are looking at have them and we like them compared to the old style latches.

The new doors also have better automotive style seals and are thicker with a higher r-value

The dealer I saw them at was Gansen RV in Riceville, Ia. Their website is :

Gansenautoandrv.com

If that doesn't work just look up Gansen RV. I did a quick look and it appears the 2011 Cruiser Patriot is the 1st one listed on their list on new 5th wheels. I can't bring it up cuz our wifi hookup here at the campground will take the rest of the week to bring up the pictures. We bought our Kingston from this dealer and I seriously doubt you will find a cheaper price....anywhere
