New camper smell?

When we purchase our 2013 32BH it had smell. After our first year we complained to the dealer that the smell has not gone away which they said to give it time and it will. It is now 2019 and the smell is worse than ever. I have read about the possibility of the formaldehyde and off gassing but think it is hard to believe that this would still be happening after almost 7 years.

The smell gets into everything and is almost impossible to get out.

Does anyone have any thoughts on this?

I did the ammonia trick last year with very little results.

Try it again this year. Make sure you do it on a hot sunny day.
Place several pans of ammonia thru out the trailer and leave them in there for several days with the trailer out in the sun and completely closed up.

Thanks Lloyd, I plan to give it another go. I still find it hard to believe that after 7 years it will still be off gassing.

Last spring I placed 3 pie tins on the floor and filled with ammonia and let is sit for 2 days. When i check them after the 2 days all of the ammonia smell was gone and basically just had water. This time after 2 days i will refill them and let them sit another couple of days.

Another way to eliminate order is through bags of bamboo charcoal. ..
