Just wondering how often people have been able to get out this year. This is our fist 5er, had a tent before. Camping sure wasn't as enjoyable thenas it is now!

2009, to date we have 34 nights in. With trips we have booked, we should hit 46 or so. It has been great! Longest stretch was 18 consecutive nights in the trailer.

How about everyone else?Edited by: lenny

So far we hit 15 - with about 15 more to go - mostly weekends. The weather here in the Maritimes of Canada is making me re-think the trailer purchase - thinking of digging out my old "Ark" plans...

We took a wonderful trip from west and east and back spending 62 days this year so far. After our house guest leave we are planning some beach trips. Of course we are retired so we can camp and not work.

I have been limited to 18 nights in the CG so far this year. Our Kitchen/house remodel is limiting our trips this summer. Hope to do more in the fall.

We've done a bit of back yard camping when the weather has been hot. This week should be all back yard camping with temps in 90's all week. Nice to be able to sleep in the air conditioned trailer at night. The kitchen remodel starts the week of August 3rd so should be 3 weeks straight living out of the trailer. Wish we could go to the campground but need to stay close while the work is being done.

Not enough nights camped. But that's about to change, baseball season is over which is a good thing but a sad thing.

91 days so far in 09. Leaving Saturday for my annual Bowhunting trip. I month in Utah and I month in Idaho. Then 3 more weeks planned in December. Camping sure isn't like it was back in the DAY. And I'm not complaining.

Only 10 nights so far
Work changes and having to do the job of 2 people make it hard to go camping. But at least I have a paycheck. Hoping for a week in August and a few weekends in the fall.

Great question!

54 days for us...all on one trip that just ended this past Friday. We are both school teachers with 2 kids and traveling this great country of ours is how we spend our summers. Maybe one more weekend trip for the rest of the year.
