No 12 volt

Hi All - I just went to get the ST25RB ready for its first spring trip and I have 110 shore power working but no 12 volt. Lights, power jacks, slide, etc do not work. I have a new 12 volt battery (3 months old) and a fairly new converter (1 year old). Everything was working correctly when I checked 2-3 weeks ago. Trailer is a 2011. Any ideas? Thanks.

did you connect the battery backwards. black is pos. and white is neg. If it was connected backwards the reverse polarity fuses blow and no DC power.

Yes I did have the battery cables reversed. Where are the 2 reverse polarity fuses located? Thanks.

Likely to be very near the battery compartment. In my 5th wheel they are attached to a bulkhead adjacent.

They will be kinda hidden beside the fuses in the converter. should be 2 30 a...I think. You will see them when you open the front of converter. The stereo fuse and the small fuse in the thermo or co det might be gone also..
Paint the pos wire with red nail polish or paint and highlight the pos terminal too.

I found 2 40amp rev pol fuses in the front of the circuit breaker/fuse panel. Both ere blown. I corrected the battery cables and replaced the 2 fuses and all is well. Thanks everyone for your advise. It's nice to know there are good folks out there willing to help.
