No power to Awnings

I have no power to my awnings or awning lights on my 2016 Cruiser 315RL. I've flipped all breakers, checked all fuses inside. I was having problems with the slide awning, but the main was fine. Now I have nothing, the light switches won't even light. The unit is set up for a remote, but it came after I took delivery and still have not been able to program it. So there is a panel for the remote, but I haven't checked that yet. Of course it's going to rain all weekend.

Anyone have any ideas?

This is why I never wanted power awnings!

Thanks in advance.

Found a blown fuse in the remote panel in front garage. At least I know they are connected and the remote should work if I can figure it out.

That's funny, my 322 from a year earlier had the same fuse blown in the fall.

The dealer kept insisting my unit did not have a remote option. If I had listened, I would have known to look at that other panel behind the battery in the garage.

Did your 322 have the silver remote too? I can't get mine to work.

Mine came with a tablet that is attached to the wall as you go up the stairs. I played with it when we first got it and was very under impressed and never pulled it out again. My phone is more advanced. I believe it did open the awnings.

When I was shopping last year, I was told CR did away with the remote capability in 2015. I looked at an early 2016 that didn't have remotes or tablets. Then I looked at two late year 2016, which is supposed to be 2017 features built in the second half of the model year. One had the small silver remote, the one I bought had the same control board. CW told me I was wrong, CR didn't know what was in their RVs. They tried to tell me it should be a tablet, but I didn't have the second control board for the tablet and they didn't install the tablet charging station.
