Outside light cover removal

I am a newbie. Trying to replace bulb on outside light. How do you remove the cover without sticking a tool, or is that how you remove it? Do not want to break it.
Also, is that a fixture that should be caulked? Seem to have a leakage problem.
2014 camper. Thanks for any help!

I use a butter knife to pry it off carefully. I caulk around the top and sides of all my lights to try and prevent water intrusion,

Thanks!

Will give it a try. Just looked so fragile around the fitting, wondered if there was a trick.

Got the cover off. 1141 bulb. Do I need to go to a RV dealer, or can I get one at a auto parts store? Are there LED bulbs available for this? Thanks--

I replaced my bulb at an auto parts store. Wally World would probably carry it.
