outside slide seals on 2009 30ft kingston

has anyone had problems with these seals, mine have lost all elasticity and some have even split.

If your rig has to sit outside, the weather can be tough on things. Have you been treating the seals with any kind of silicone treatment?

yes they were treated every fall be fore winterizing, but now they will have to be replaced

If you are having problems with them, maybe you should treat them a few times a season.
