Please help

We are brand new at travel trailers and just got a 2010 Crossroads CTX.
We have no idea how to get water into the hot water tank and spent a week showering at families houses. Can someone tell me where the heck the valve is? Please.

It is probably set for winterizing. Look in our document section to see where the valves should be set for camping. You have to look for these valves around the hot water heater. It may access from inside the rv near the back of the heater

Many variables on water heater location. Being from Wa the unit was most likely winterized. The valves are on the pex lines near the heater. They are closed to prevent anti freeze from entering the WH. Sometimes you can access from lower cabinets. Hope that helps .

When you locate the water heater, this is what you should see. This is a picture of what the valves look like on the back side of the tank, which will be inside your trailer.

If you can't see the pic I posted, you must have an issue with your PC.

This pic is the back side of the water heater . Viewed from inside the camper.
It clearly shows the fill line.
