I have read many posts about the warranty and will give my experience.

Had three issues, toilet needed to be adjusted so seat would stand up and a stud in each side wall "broke" and was causing issue with the entry door and the paneling near the fridge. Wall issues required repair at factory.

Crossroads had the trailer picked up in Fort Worth and taken back for repair within a week of notification by my dealer. We had a vacation scheduled for July 4th and Crossroads wanted to make sure we had our trailer back in time so we did not have to cancel. Their words not mine. The repairs were done in a timely manner and appear to have been fixed correctly. Went above and beyond and even replaced my rear ladder (for free) which I damaged day 1 by backing into a post at my storage place.

While the trailer was there Mark Campbell with Crossroads arranged for a local repair shop to replace my roof (damaged by a tree branch not covered by warranty) for a substantial discount from what I could have replaced it for in Fort Worth.

Finally, they delivered my trailer to Nashville so I could pick up on our way to vacation spot. It saved them money not having to transport back to Texas but it goes to how Crossroads went out of their way to respond to my request.

I can't explain the inconsistent warranty administration but I can say nothing but positive things about my experience.

Although nothing extensive like yours, all my dealings with Crossroads have been great as well. I feel it may have something to do with the way your dealer approaches the situation and steps up to the plate for you.

I like this we need to report the positive to strengthen our brand. We must also expect recognition and support from our Manufacturer CR.
Dealers are very important that is an easy investigation.
Just do you homework!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
