Problems with hot water heater

We are out on first trip since winterizing camper. We have a trail reserve travel trailer. Unfortunately cannot get hot water either with electric hot water heater or by trying to warm with gas. Never had this problem before. Any thoughts on what we can check?

Did you change your valves?

Have not yet. I wasn't sure if it may be a simple electrical issue or how to check it. We are relatively new owners and haven't done anything with the hot water heater yet.

If you don't switch over from winterizing you won't get hot water.

Probably the most asked question come spring. Many post on this and pics too. Cold water in and hot out valves must be positioned "inline" on, and "bypass" valve off or tee'd. Let hot water tank fill and burp tank with pressure relief valve to purge the rest of the air. Turn gas on and flip switch. Should hear it light. Should start to have hot water in 10 minutes. Do not turn it on without water in tank.

for electric to work , you have to witch from fireplace to water heater on the panel. Make sure both tanks are on and light the burners on the stove to get gas to appliances.
