I have a 2009 Cruiser CF28RL that I purchased new from Candan in Langley last Nov. It had a factory defect in the interior panel on the back wall, which they replaced and returned to me. We get a lot of rain on the west coast and I discovered a water leak coming from the the back window that they had to re and re to replace the back interior panel. I took the camper into Candan on April 15 to have them take care of the problem, they still have the camper and say they are waiting for who ever manufactures the windows to send the replacement parts. Has anyone had a similar problem and run into similar delays with obtaining parts for a Crossroads product, or am I just getting jacked around by the dealer.
