Recall on Z1 18RD

We just bought a brand new Z1 18rd. We noticed the third day that water was leaking out of the left back window. We took it back and was told there was a recall on the side mount ac pan. It seems that water was leaking into the wall. It seems odd that water could travel that far in the wall. It is being fixed. Hopefully there is not another leak back there! Has anyone else had this? If your side ac is not leaking outside it may be leaking inside.....

Yeah I have a Boundary Waters 18BH which is a rebadged Zinger for MN. I had gotten a letter in the mail about the issue. However, mine was already fixed as I had spotted the issue and it was in and fixed before I received the letter from Forest River.

No, Crossroads is made be Forest River

They put one when I brought it in. I called when I got the letter and he said he added one so wouldn't need to be brought in for the recall work.

FYI Crossroads is not made by Forest River. It's a subsidiary of Thor.

Thor & Forest River are 2 totally separate companies. Thor is by far the larger of the 2, you'd be struggling to name a rv brand that Thor doesn't own, the few that are left Forest River owns.
If your rv has Forest River on it anywhere, you're on the wrong forum.

I stand corrected (not the first time, my wife has had to as well). It is Keystone that is on the tag on the Boundary Waters and the letter I received for the "Service Campaign" (attached). Sorry for misleading.

No, not that I've seen. I have kept a towel where the water was spotted and after a good rain checked the towel and it has stayed dry.
