We're curious as to what people do for recycling while traveling across the country. We are veryconscious about our environment and enjoy doing our part to protect it. While I know that pulling a 30 foot Cruiser around with a V10 gas hog isn't very environmental that's about the only time we ever drive the truck.
Anyhow my question is how easy is it to find places to recycle aluminum, glass, paper and especially plastic? We don't mind hauling this stuff with us for a while but have any of you found a good way to handle recyclables?

we are avid recyclers at home, but when on the road I ask when we check in if they recycle if they don't then everything goes in the trash, I won't haul garbage around and invite un wanted guests in the camper, especially ants,

An awful lot of CWs have recycling. We go out of our way with the aluminum "pop" cans .

Pretty easy to find recycling facilities everywhere these days. Granted it is more work than just throwing it all in the trash, but its worth it.
