remote control for awning, slides and lights.

Hello all, I just purchased a 2017 Rezerve 32SB; I was going through some of the set ups on the unit and found everything working except..the remote control for the awning does function, however the lights and slides do not.
When we press the buttons on the remote I hear the relays in the panel clicking but no effect.
Can someone give me an incite on what to check for this as I do not want to go back to the dealer and wait weeks to get this fixed. I think this may be an operator error or something stupid.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I had the same issue with my remote just a few weeks ago. I was told that the fuses in the relay was programmed wrong on the remote and they only way to fix it is by taking it the dealer...

However, my fix was to configure the order of the slides, awning, and lights according the way the fuses was programmed in the remote. Hopefully that makes sense??

Now, as far as the awning switch and hearing the relay click... My guess is that your remote is configured for a light on the that fuse.

After you turn the remote on, hit the home button 5 times to put it in configuration mode. From there you can change the order of the slides, awning, and lights.

I wrote down the order the fuses so that I could configure the slides and awning into that location.

Are you talking the relay with the reset button? My remote had no programming at all when I received it from the dealer. How did you identify which fuse went to what?

I configured it to anything and ran the button. Write down what ever moved, ie bedroom slide. You than go back and configure the remote to be correct.

Thanks much for that incite. The weird thing about this is that it worked at the PDI but when I got it home it does not function with the exception of the awning.

Last night we got rain and I did not want to extend the slides so I will wait for the weekend to figure this thing out.

Its funny as we get more gadgets on these campers the more complicated they become. I will heed your advice and work from the fuses and a meter to find out what stupid thing I did or did not do.

Thank you for the reply and I will post the outcome once this gets figured out.
