removing Fantastic fan grill

OK, I need to remove the screen for the Fantastic fan to clean it. Unlike the older units, it does not have 8 screws holding it on. Yet the manual for the fan says remove the 8 screws, that don't exist. There is a small lip, like maybe the screen will pop off, but it seems really tight. Anyone have the answer?

Problem solved, called Fantastic Fan, the new grill does snap off, just very tight fit.

Just a note...my neighbor cleans his screens by opening the vents and uses a leaf blower on low to blow them clean...I tried it, and it works great!
