Don't buy from CW in Roanoke VA...they were great til you signed...they don't answer the phone or call you back....just lucky we have had no real warranty issues....

I don't think there's even a comparison.
Mike, I got to meet Randy, Alan, and Amy at the Crossroads Service & Warranty center today when we dropped our Seville off. I am really impressed with the center and particularly with Randy. He spotted something that I'd completely missed (sheet metal where it shouldn't be) and spent about an hour with me going over the issues with the brakes and slide seals.

We decided today that we'll take it back there for service rather than to where we bought it. It's only about 45 minutes farther but a whole lot easier driving (and there are a bunch of good places to eat close by).

I have never had any issues with CW service. Only place I shop for my RV needs.

We took our fiver into CW at Mt Vernon, WA to have roof vents put on our power vents, after waiting for about 2 hrs we looked up and saw they had put them on backwards and had drilled the screws into the roof they are supposed to be into the vents that are already there. We complained to the manager and when he looked it seems to me it took him a minute or two to say Oh Yes they are on backwards, I think nobody is checking the work as it is done. They let men work on the job even if they don't know how to do it. I would never get anything else done there either.
