I'll try it out again tomorrow but i think it might be OK.
And I took the Weber regulator off, so i can run on LP right from the RV.

The rv regulator will operate the same way. I also removed the Weber regulator and the grill is connected the the RV LP and I experienced the problem.

I made a plywood shelf that fits over the 2 vertical posts that are on the oem grill support. I drilled two holes to fit the vertical posts. I marked the location of the holes by laying the 1/2 inch plywood over the 2 posts and tapped the plywood with a hammer to mark the drill locations. I use a Weber Q that I converted from propane bottle to standard oem propane hose and quick connect at the rear of our ST25RV. I did have to buy a longer hose since the oem hose was too short. I found the conversion connectors online by googling propane grill parts. I love the Weber Q.

Gas flow was good after letting it 'sit' after connecting everything. I also made sure to run the stove for a bit to make sure the gas was flowing properly. Hit 500 degrees in no time flat.

Got the final board cut. Crafted my additional support from a length of Super Strut. Also cut the aluminum edging. Going to stain the board tonight. Should have the wrapped up tomorrow.

After reading this post I just upgraded my standard grill that came with to a Q grill 1200. The nice thing was the quick disconnect fit perfectly on the Q grill from the old after you take the regulator off. I used Burgy Idea with the board but I found it was rocking back and forth so I installed braces on the bottom and also used shelf holders (cut to length). I also just put round over behind both sets of legs on the board. This holds the grill from getting pushed off when the wife burns the steak and need jack hammered off. (LOL she doesn't use the grill) I will send pics wants the paint dries. I painted it Black. I will say the braces make a solid base no more wobble. I just think that is a safety issue wobbling while having hot stuff on the grill. This is the griddle I found I just placed the order for it. Got it on Ebay. Weber 6504 Baby Q Griddle for Q100 Q120 Q140 Q1000 Q1200 with Easy Lift Handles | eBay I will let you all know how good the bacon and cakes taste soon.

Ok yours looks very nice. I will post tomorrow. Does that rail keep it from wobbling? I like it better than mine.

Nice work guys, I plan on doing a similar mod.
Can one of you post the dimensions of the table?
John, is that removable, or is it fixed in place?
