We have recently purchased a 2013 Lincoln and really like the design. Took possession last Wed, have it parked in an RV park in southern OH and having difficulty with TV signal strength. We are close to local TV stations so you would not think there would be an issue. It is real bad during the day and only somewhat better at night, with the fixed antenna you can not rotate for better reception. I will purchase a signal booster/amplifier to try for improvement but was wondering if anyone else has had reception issues with this new fixed antenna? Thanks for any feedback.

From the reports of the people that have the new fixed omni directional antenna they are pretty much junk. I would complain to your dealer and Crossroads about it and see if they will swap it out for a crank up model.

Thanks for the reply I have talked to the dealer a bit, he is contacting Crossroads for more info but sounds like it will be useless just like the antenna, will push for a crank type replacement. Thanks again for the info.

Just curious where your antenna is mounted? Ours is over the hallway up to the bedroom. Would need a step ladder to crank up the Winegard antenna. My antenna is now on the back burner......trying to get more important issues resolved first.

If the new one is the one that looks like the "bridge from the Enterprise", me too. Works great. Make sure your booster is on and switch turned to antenna not cable. Hard to read but there.

Is your antenna the omni directional type or is it adjustable, our RF39LN is fixed with no adjustments at all? Thanks.

Ironically I am about 25 miles from the closest one and that is the one I don't get? The other two are maybe 40 miles. I have a big hill behind the house and that is the direction to the closest one. I also noticed on our last trip that we drove down into a large valley and was unable to get signal there.

No. It is on your booster switch. Mine is located above the TV.
