I was wondering if anyone out there has used the pre-wired satellite connections on the top of your RV (ours is a Seville if that matters) It is supposedly pre-wired but there is no open wires or plugs that I can see on the roof. There appears to be a box covered with sealant near the existing TV antenna. Any experience or help in this matter?

I'm not sure that there is a separate satellite connection on the roof. Generally CATV and Satellite cables are wired to separate connectors on an exterior wall of the trailer that go to the entertainment centre. The CATV cable goes to the antenna amp supply. The Satellite cable is terminated at a separate outlet.

I never read anyone ever mentioning a connection on the roof. Got pictures of it? Does it say somewhere that is what the box is for?
