I don't think anyone is every really happy or even satisfied with RV service.

One thing I learned years ago was to give the service writer a deadline. Tell them you have a trip in three weeks. Don't tell them they have to finish everything up by then, but tell them you're coming to get your rig in three weeks and it needs to be camp-worthy. Then nag them in the days leading up to your trip to project-manage them into action.

After your trip (real or imaginary), take your rig back to the dealer and give them another three week deadline to keep them moving.

I have found over the years that the Mobile Techs do a much better job and as long as you have a certified one come out they can work with Crossroads to get authorized to do the repairs if your still under warrantee. Crossroads will send parts directly to them if needed but they won't send them to us most of the time.
I pay the tech directly when I had warrantee work done on our Redwood and all I did was email the invoice to them and within a few weeks I had a check.
