We need to put new shocks on our truck.Alas they are 12 years old.Nothing lasts forever we have been looking at the bilstiens. My nephew swears by his rancho 9000's however i dont know if i want to be climbing under the truck to adjust them all the time.Has any one tried either of these and have a preference or other shocks we should look at.
I ran the Rancho 9000's on my previous truck and really liked them. After the initial drive and adjust period, I never adjusted them again unless I was going to do some heavy off-roading. It only took a few minutes to adjust but I agree, laying under my truck is not as much fun as it used to be. .
I have had the Rancho RS5000 shocks and steering stabilizer on my truck for about a year now. They seem to be holding up fine and did improve the ride over the stock shocks.
