Slide

I have a 2013 Cruiser Aire 28RL 5th wheel. When I open my slide all the way there is approximately a 3/4"-1' space between the inside lip on the floor of my living room/kitchen slide and the floor of the trailer. This space was not evident when I first purchase the 5th. Is this space normal or is there an adjustment needed on the slide. If an adjustment is needed, how is it done.

The sliding floor, should be about 3/4 of an inch above the floor as you state, or else it will rub when it is brought in like mine did and tear the flooring.
