Slide Lube and maintenance

Our Zinger ZT-270-RL slider seems like it may need lubing. It is jerking and squeaking when extended or retracted. Has anyone found a video or instructions about lubing and maintaining the mechanism?It looks to me like a gear drive type unit.

If a Lippert, they recommend you just keep it clean.


I still use a dry lube on the gear and rails.

Im guessing its a Lippert. It has no visible cables, gear racks on the side its all underneath. Also I see what look like two long pieces of pipe running from the edge of the slide back in under the TT. Does that help ID it? Is there something else the will help ID it?
