slideout problem

We took our new Sunset Trail Reserve ST28bh out earlier this week and when we got ready to bring the kitchen slide in it only moved about 4" and quit, we looked everywhere for the manual mechanism and could not find it anywhere. Could someone please tell me where it is located. Oh, we finally found how to get to the motor and there was a loose wire so we tightened it and all is working now, but we still need to know how to get it in manually.

We have the new cable system and that seems to require a drill and a driver (included) just found this on an earlier thread (March 2014). Apparently CR is using the cable system on their 2015 models. We will check with the service tech at our dealership.

Gotcha, Hopefully the cable system will work better than the Schwintek system
