Sofa bending

I have a new 2017 Crossroad Z-1 328SB. In the back bunk room there is a 76" JK Sofa with a trundle that comes out from underneath it. When ever an adult sits on it, it bends or bows. Does anyone else have this issue? Now when I lift the sofa up to lay it down as a bed. It looks like there are no support beams or bars that go from end to end. But looks like there are spots to place them at though.I have pictures for someone to look at if anyone is interested. Or does anyone have one like mine that can look at there sofa and see if they have support bars under there's for me. My dealer can't tell me if they are suppose to or not.

We just got the 2018 328SB and there are no support beams underneath either JK sofa. We will keep an eye on ours to see if anything like that happens and let you know. Sorry to hear about yours bending.
