I am trying to find Solvit cleaner. I know some people on the forum have used it on their roof and the pictures of the before and after were pretty impressive. I "googled" it but can't find their website. I searched through some old posts here about it and the link I found takes me to a GoDaddy domain hosting page and not Solvit. Are they still in business and if so does anyone have a link?
Thanks,
Lonnie

Lonnie I believe what you are looking for you will find at the 800 number Lloyd posted. He is the one with the "snow white roof" Its a great product.

I think the Solvit Lloyd used was an enzyme cleaner and not a citrus based product. Is that correct Lloyd? I was able to find the citrus product Mark refered to but I don't think that is it.

I am sure Lloyd will confirm unless he has gone hunting. He turned me on to Solvit 2 years ago. It is not the citrus product. It is a small local Wisconsin company. It is a dry, powered, biodegradable compound ( solvit1@tds.net 800-276-8102) as previoiusly suggested.

Chuck,
It is made in Madison, WI, near where I live. I picked up 2 cases and sold it at cost at the rally this year and could have sold 6 cases. Difference is for 1 and the shipping it will cost you a bit more. I pick the cases up for $28 for 6, wish I could get it to you for the same price. I will check mine in the morning and see if it is the citrus product.

Jim

I had a bookmark for them (www.solvit.com) but when I clicked on it no response. Gone. I know it worked in the past. Oh well. I hope they were just so covered up with orders they couldn't keep up and dropped the website... Good problem to have...Edited by: avvidclif
