Stuck Slideout

I need help please. Crossroads Cruiser patriot 2012. At the end of the last trip one of the slideouts got stuck open. Tried to level...nothing. Called mechanic...nothing. 4 small motors were disconnected to try and push it closed. Two grown men could not move it. I had a trip set for Memorial Day Wknd. Anybody out there that might give me help? Thanks a million.

Have you tried manually cranking it in with the cranking tool. Should be a hole in opposite side of the camper from the stuck slide to put the long cranking tool into. Here’s a video.https://youtu.be/o_3vc0STmfI

Thanks for the quick response Papa-T. The only problem this camper is a 5th wheel and the slide in question is the bedroom. Completely different slide system as the lower slides. There is NO manual crank system as you mentioned. Has 4 motors and they have been manually disconnected which should allow one to push the slide back in.

It's a bedroom slide and 2 adults couldn't push it back in as the video says. My service man is stumped but not giving up.

Not sure if the patriot is the same as the sunset trail, but there is a control box underneath the entertainment
unit and since ours is a 32 ft, another underneath the electrical panel. There is a process to follow, but these boxes permit an override to get the slide to retract.

Go to YouTube and search Schwintek Slide Room. (If that’s the slide system that’s in your camper).

My 2011 Cruiser has a hex drive on the main shaft of the motor gear box. You can crank the slide in using a ratchet and socket. This is all located under the bed.

You will have to remove the retaining screw that holds the motor in place. Then lift the Motor up a few inches. That disconnects it from the coupler and then you can manually push it in. But from experience it may still be hard to push in, specially if the slide room is out of time and sync.
Good luck.
Fyi there should only be 2 motors at the top ,not 4.
