It looks like I finally stopped sailing on the camping forum!!! We went to a four day dog show in Kalamazoo Michigan this past weekend and I snapped this photo in a Big Boy parking lot. It got a little exciting when we had a tornado warning. Hundreds of people and dogs in the big community building at the fairgrounds. Fortunately there were no touchdowns anywhere near, but Battle Creek did get hit pretty hard.

nice looking setup. Is that a front mounted receiver for the bike rack?

Wish I'd known you were there. I stopped by the fairgrounds Monday afternoon to dump my tanks.

Yes, it is a standard 2" receiver. I use it for the bike rack and will be using it to put my Boston Whaler in boat launch ramps. I like to keep the drive tires dry so they don't spin on slippery ramps. It also should make it easier for my wife to maneuver the boat trailer since she will be able to see what it is doing. She absolutely CAN'T back a trailer!!!

lol... dw is the same. I still don't think she could manage going forward either. Good idea for boat launching. I guess most people just rely on 4wd.
Where did you pick up that receiver? I'm interested in one for mine too.

edit: I read online somewhere that you need to trim the black trim below the bumper.. is that true?

It's a Curt hitch and I got it at a local dealer in Grand Rapids, Michigan called "Hitches by George." Yes, you do need to trim a piece out of the black plastic under the bumper, but if you are careful it ends up looking like it was made that way by the factory. You can also just bolt the hitch in place and let it distort the plastic. I think it looks better if the plastic is trimmed.
