I have a 2011 Zinger 32qb and my spare tire looks used but its not. What it looks like to me is a bad molding of the tire when it was made. The tire has largescalloped treads all the way around the tire and I can see what looks like bad mold impressions when it was made. I also have 1 other that looks the same except it only goes half way around the tire, and its a tire in use on the TT. Anyone else have this? Iwill have them replace by the place of purchase since I have only had it for 6 days. Edited by: sking

if you can...post a picture. a bunch of us had our tires replaced due to spider cracking on the side walls. its been a while so i dont still have the info on the recall. i think it was also on the "old" crossroads forum, so i dont know if we can do a search and find the info. good luck with your new trailer.

*UPDATE* as of Friday 9-10-10. Dropped of the TT and took a closer look at the tire that is on the TT and it is worn down to the point of blowing out. The wheel and tire look as if they are leaning to the outside and wearing on the inside. The spare tire was used and not a defect and must have been replaced by the driver who drove it from the factory to the dealer. After looking at the other 3 tires they are dry rotted and need replaced as well. How the heck is thispossible on a 2011 model? I guess I should have looked the TT over better before I bought it. Now its sitting at the dealer waiting to be looked at and the dealer said the tires will be replaced AFTER they figure out who isresponsible (CR, axle, or tire manufacturer). I asked them to figure out what is causing it first and got a blank look from the service lady. I dont feel so good about this, it sounds like its going to be a finger pointing match before I get it fixed.

Shouldn't be a finger pointing. The tires have a manufacturing date on them. Have that checked for the dry rot issue. As for the axle alignment that should be covered under warranty without hesitation.
