TV Coax problem

My main tv works fine however I cannot get cable in the bedroom. The wall connector has 2 buttons for amolication. Should both bo off for cable to come through? I’ve tried to channel search with wall cable as choice and get no channels.

Hello and welcome

What camper are you asking about?
If you put the make and model in your signature it helps others to help you.

On my cruiser you need to turn off the antenna booster for the cable to work.

TC Coax problem

The model is a Crossroads Cameo CE3921MB
The tv cable in the living room works just fine. It’s only the bedroom that has a problem.

I have 2 on the rear of my camper, one for cable and one for satellite. The cable connection goes through the antenna amplifier, and the satellite connection just ends in a separate male connector in the wall behind the living room TV.

Frog
Be nice if you could post a picture of the wall connector with the two buttons for amolication (what ever that it)...Also on my first camper I had to take the wall connector box off the wall and redo the cable ends as the connectors they use when they build these units are junk...Hope that helps...

Cable problem

This is what it looks like in the bedroom. The living room is just a cable coming out of the wall behind the TV.

What year is your camper? Have you tried pushing the buttons in to turn on the power? The little lights should light.

The reason i asked about the year is you should have the manual for the antenna since it is new. What does it say. Also i tried to find a face plate that looked like what you have on the Wingard site and did not see one like it. Thats why i was thinking it was new.

On mine for tv the booster is on for cable the booster is off and i have never tried the sat cable.

Cable TV

Well, shucks! Mine’s only in the bedroom. The living room TV actually has two different cables coming in: one for cable and one for antenna.

Frog
The cable plate in your living room if you look closer at it should have printed on it cable & satellite...Also the picture you posted shows the plate the cable is attached to but there is another plate partially showing in the picture what is the function of that plate..??? Your configuration is much different than mine...I will stick with my first post...Take the plate the cable is attached to off the wall and check the connections on the back side of that plate...IMHO...

Just wandering if you have the manual for the antenna. You say its a 2019 so you should have that manual. See what it says then let us know.

Good advice!

When I'm confronted with a similar problem my wife always says to me.....

"R. T. F. M".

I think it's an acronym, it means 'Read The Manual'....Not sure what the 'F' stands for.

I am having the same issue with my new camper. It is a 2021 Crossroads 331BHS. My satellite signal is only working in the main room. Our bedroom has he same booster switch as Frogman posted. In the bedroom the only thing that works is the antenna. I am unable to get a satellite signal in the bedroom. Never saw if this was resolved by anyone.

Bedroom Cable

I gave up with the wall outlet for the cable and just put a splitter n the storage compartment where the outside tv connects, ran the cable up though the floor (drilled a small hole) and connected the bedroom tv to that.
