TV mount bolts/screws

I'm finally caving into my daughter to get a TV for the trailer. I picked up a mount but the bolts/screws are designed for a stud in the house and as a result way too long. I was wondering how long should I get bolts/screws to install the mount in the trailer?

The trailer does have a place to put a TV with a sticker "install tv here".

I would think 3/4 - 1" should be more than enough as the exterior walls should be 1 1/2 - 2" thick, intetior walls are usually not as thick & usually hollow.

Don't guess - measure! If you have an electrical or antenna box on the wall, open the outlet, pull the device aside, and measure depth to the back wall. If you don't have a box, drill a small pilot hole in the wall, just going through the wall, say 1/2". Then insert a straight, stiff wire, perhaps coat hanger, to feel through to the back wall. You'll hear the distinctive tap of metal to metal.
