Second camping trip with new 220RB... Wife brought along a DVD to view and the TV does nothing. It is getting power, but will not respond to either the remote or manually depressing the power switch. I can find no kind of information on the TV in any of the owners manuals that we have. Not sure what the next step is... I suppose calling the dealer and asking him what to do. Worked fine the first time out. Not that we plan to watch it a lot, but still, I would like for it to have lasted more than one outing.

Did you try unplugging it for a few minutes?? Sometimes electronic devices can get confused if there is a power glitch. Hope that does it for ya.

When my TV freezes what works is to unplug the TV from the power recepticle for a few seconds and it resets after plugging back in.

First thing I tried is unplugging and letting it sit for a bit, then plugging back in. I might unplug it and leave it unplugged for several minutes. Hopefully it will "reset". If not, well...

Heh heh... left it unplugged for about 5 minutes and plugged it back in. Now the little red light that shows it has power won't even come on.

I wonder if you order a unit if you can delete the TV and get a credit

I did delete it in 2011 on my 305 SK Patriot. It was a brand I had never heard of so I declined. It was a factory ordered unit so the cost was not included in final invoice

That happened to the living room TV in our former Cruiser a couple of times. It happened after the GFI tripped. It would come on after sitting overnight. This was a Haier HDTV, 26".

Interesting development... after we got back home and were cleaning the RV (I had plugged the power cable up to the home power), I noticed that the power light on the TV was green, and not red as it had been while camping. I hit the power button, and it came on. I didn't leave it on, but it did come on, which makes me wonder if maybe the voltage at the campsite may have been just a little low. Not sure if that would keep the TV from coming on, but I can believe that it might. Haven't done any research on it yet, but I will see what I can find out. I'll also get in there this weekend and see if it still works. Hope so because I don't want to go through the hassle of trying to get it replaced.

Went out for our third trip of the season this weekend and had the same problem occur. We have a 2013 220RB as well. Has this happened to you again? Was it just time that fixed the issue? I really love our new camper but it has taken some sweat to get it up and running perfect.

I leave the TV unplugged until I am set up and ready to use. whenI get ready to leave, I unplug again until next time. This system seems to work great, as these Tv's do not like the surge they get when connecting the RV to a power source and requires a reset of the TV which consist of several hours of being unplugged.
