Uneven Tire Wear

I just noticed that I have two tires that are worn differently than the other two. Both are on the rear axel. The right tire's outer edge is wearing and the left tire's inner edge is wearing. I've got approx 7,500 miles on them. I keep them at maxed out psi of 65. The kitchen and outdoor refrigerator sit on the right side over the rear passenger tire.

I've never rotated my trailer tire's and after reading other posts I see that most people do not rotate tires. So I'm wondering if it is just weight distribution, or if I have a suspension issue such as an axle needing alignment. I'm scheduled to take the trailer in to dealer in two weeks for a few warranty items and will tell them about this. The trailer is 11 months old and warranty expires in September. Is this something that would be covered if it's an issue with an axle?

I'm posting two photos. For some reason I'm not able to post both in same post, so one will follow. The first shows the worn tire and the second shows a front tire not worn.

Axle is out of alignment, they should realign and provide 2 new tires under warranty.
Send a copy of your pictures and a write up to your dealer and Crossroads now. That way you have it documented before they can say your warranty is up. Always have to cover yourself with warranty issues.

Axle corrected

Follow up: So, I dropped the trailer off about eight weeks ago for final warranty items including the axle issue. Lots of delay with diagnosis, and then with Lippert, who said the axle was within specs and needs to be aligned. CW sent the trailer to another shop who corrected the rear axle by adjusting the hanger on the right side and "straightened" both axles. The front was toed in prior to being repaired. Two new tires were requested from Crossroads for the pair worn from the bad axles.

I'm glad I noticed all this prior to warranty expiring. I'll be taking it back later for other minor repairs when parts come in. We have a trip starting tomorrow.

One thing I found that helps with tire wear - have them balanced - did that when I installed new ones on our RV.

I agree. I had them balanced when I put on the metal valve stems for the TPMS.
