Uneven tire wear on rear passenger tire

I recently bought a 2016 Sunset Trail 270bh and so far am very impressed. However, I have only taken in on two trips and the rear passenger tire is wearing on the outside while all the other tires look brand new. I have contacted my dealer but they say its a "grey" area when it comes to wheels and alignment for warranty work, and they don't seem to eager to help. You would think a brand new trailer wouldn't need an alignment after less than 1500k of towing. And no i haven't hit any curbs or pot holes.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what else it could be, and if not do i get an alignment done and make sure that th dealership or manufacturer pays for it?

Thanks

Tyler

Document with pictures and send to dealer and Crossroads. Request receipt when email is read. If a few days call Crossroads warranty service to discuss the problem. It's not a gray area when you have the proof in the wear of the tire. He's trying to dissuade you from filing a warranty claim.

Make sure you tell them how many miles you traveled and how bad the tire is already

It could be a axle issue.

Mileage is not the culprit, alignment is. I agree, don't stop bugging your dealer til they do an alignment or figure out what's causing the wear.
