I have to agree with Lloyd it has been a couple of weeks since CR an Lippet were supposed to visit. Some follow up would be appreciated. Hope things are being resolved and there is news

I can see by looking at the signatures that no one who has posted on these last three pages owns a Rushmore. I know if I did I would be CALLING CROSSROADS not typeing on this forum. Also maybe CJ Camper HAS a lawyer and can not discuss this issue. Just sayen

If the later is the case it would still be nice for him to post that he can't talk about it. Just sayen.

I think Jim is legit and had a major issue with his landing gear. My guess is he was told keep it quite until they (Crossroads/Lippert) can figure out if they do have a safety concern with the leveling system on the Rushmore line and they will take care of him. Again just my guess. Jim has been on the forum just staying in the shadows for now.

Wondering what the end result was. Certainly all parties concerned, especially Crossroads would want ALL to know if this issue was resolved to the satisfaction of of the affected owner!!!

I have the sahara and I had it in the shop over 12 time the first year I got it. It was all small problems and one large one with the wall on the door side had a bow in it. It was all fixed and after complaining to Camping World and CrossRoads they put a New AC in the front and toppers on the slides for me at not cost. Bill at CrossRoads did a great job keeping me informed. I hope they take care of this problem for him.
