Upgrade bunkhouse mattresses

Hi,
I have a ST 270Bh. I've already upgraded the main mattress, which was easy since it was a standard queen sized.
But I'd like to upgrade the bunkhouse beds for my kids.

I was thinking of a few methods.
First, just to put some rubber padding under the mattresses.

Second, to have some foam cut (not sure where I would do this) in the correct shape.

Third, I'm assuming there must be some third party that sells pre-cut mattresses for that specific shape.

I'm wondering what y'all think about this; suggestions you may have or solutions you have put in place for the same thing.

Thanks!
Mike

We just cut some egg crate foam to close to the size. Our son doesn't complain, his other option is the floor, or outside in a tent.

You could buy a 3" memory foam topper. Use the existing mattress as a template, cut the memory foam to the same size. Buy zipping mattress covers in a close size, twin, full, queen and put the two pieces together inside that. That would be inexpensive and might provide somewhat of an upgrade.

Thanks for the suggestions. I think I'm going to go with a do-it-yourself solution as some have recommended. The cost of custom solution is pretty high.
