Upper Slide Seal Replacement

I discovered that the upper slide seal (it appears to be a hollow D-shaped rubber seal) on our 2011 ST25RB has deteriorated. I would like to replace this seal as well as the sweep. Has anyone done this? Is this a DIY job or dealer fix? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
