USB charging ports died

My two USB charging ports stopped working. The 12v cig lighter thing next to them still works though. Don't see any fuses.

Is there an easy fix? Hate to have to bring to dealer for this , still under warranty.

Have you pulled it out to check behind it? See if there's a loose wire?
