USB plugs don't work.

Just bought a new Sunset Trail and finally got around to checking the USB plugs one on each side of the king bed and another one by the dinette, none of them work, anyone else have any trouble with those? I wonder if they are wired together and maybe a fuse is bad?

Yep. I’m on my third set. Cross your fingers and check the fuse. If your close enough to the dealer it’s under warranty year one. Otherwise. Go on eBay or Amazon for replacement.

Is the actual plug bad then?

OhioMark-third set of what? Plug or fuse? I am thinking plug since you wouldn't have to go to Ebay for a fuse.

Don't know anything about your trailer, but USB outlets come in 2 flavors: powered by AC meaning you have be on shore power for them to work, or powered by your battery meaning they still work boondocking without AC power. I have both kinds in my trailer so I always have USB access.

The plugs have a tendency to stop working. Dealer replaced my first one and told me they replace these all the time.

They go out all the time, and a better replacement is available elsewhere for less. They work off 12 volts. I got a nice one on eBay.

Good news, we were camping last weekend and by habit I plugged my generic Fitbit into the USB outlets, it lit up so I plugged it old iPad into it and it worked, what I figured out was the new USB cords I bought on Amazon work on almost every outlet except those, got home and used the Apple iPhone cord and the outlets worked.
