Happens all the time. Buys camper, joins forum, asks question all in the same month. Never comes back to say, "thanks, xxx, that was it!"
Also, I see a lot of questions that could be answered on the spot with a simple use of the search tool. Many questions are repeated over and over.

I really don't have a problem with rookies not using the search tool...
it gives us a chance to say hi and help them...

and sometimes they don't come back because they forgot WHICH site, much less forum, they posted on
