Warranty

Has anyone had to replace an axle on a 2012 Crossroads Cruiser 345RF Fifth Wheel due to toe in (bent axle)?

No we haven't, but we are interested in how it got bent to begin with?

Do you know how it happened or do you think it came that way?

Any pot holes, curbs, or rough roads to consider as the possible cause?

I bought the trailer new last October stored it for the winter I had taken 4 trips with the trailer this year and it ruined the outside of one tire, haven't hit any curbs nor any pot holes, it came that way from the dealer I would have thought this would have been caught during the PDI

Thanks for your reply, my dealer has submitted a warranty claim its just that it has been 4 weeks I had to provide more photos. I guess my question should have been how is crossroads warranty god or bad on matters like this?

I would still call Crossroads and let them know what happened and how long ago your dealer said they would order parts.
