Look on the outside ti find the location of the water heater. Then go inside and look in that area for a removable panel.... most likely held on by screws.

Water pump is usually very close to where you fill the fresh water tank. The water heater has a metal usually white door covering it on the out side, find the door than look inside maybe under a cabinet. My pump is under the refrig and my water heater in in the corner under the kitchen cabinet.Mine is a RK model

I'm not sure if the locations are the same as our CF30SK but here are several pictures that may help you.

Also, here are the waterheater valving configurations for summer and winter.

yes on the patriot youll have to get in to the storage next to your converter and take out the side panel on the left to get to your valves i cut our inner pannel down so i can now reach them without having to take that pannel out

I used undustrial strength Velcro and a couple of drawer pulls to make easy access to both water heater and water pump compartments.

We have the 30SKP but the water heater may be in the same place.

http://www.crossroadsrv.com/forum/fo...=1249&PN=1This topic shows a photo of our access panel which is under the front kitchen cabinet. The WH is actually under the sink.

Hope it helps.

hay also the way they made that side panel go in youll have to unscrew the floor panel first inside that cabiniet that only took me one time of doing it and i decided to cut the panel down just far enough to be able to reach those valves without unscrewing anything

As you'll see in my earlier post, I replaced the panels with doors that I bought from Crossroads. It made access to both the pump and waterheater a whole lot easier.

Gary, you will have to remove the floor panel in the big cabinet (to the rightof the sink cabinet), then you will have to remove the vertical panel on the left hand side. you should have acess to water heater, pump and furnace, actually you can reach over the panel and get to thewater heater bypass valve, but no such luck with the pump. I'm going to do what others have said and cutdown the existing panel or make a door. I have pics from the factory if you need them. The pics are a little different than the way mine is set up, but I suppose they found it must work better and made a few adjustments since they built mine.

Flyone, I made a door in mine to acess the bypass valves. Thought it was rediculous that you had to remove floor panel and wall panel to get to bypass. Factory should realize that. My water pump is located at the rear of the trailer in the built-in table between the chairs. Is this different on the 305sk version?

Dalemac, apparently so--mine does not have a table between the chairs--until I put one there. Mine is a very early 2012 model. Later 2012 models were adjusted a little so one would only havetoremove1 side panel to get to the pump/water heater. I know that Gary picked his up one week after I picked mine up so I was just trying to give him a heads up. BTW they also elimnated the hall linen closet, cost cutting measures I would guess.

Thanks for all the help. My camper is finally put to bed and I am

confident that it is properly winterized. The pump and water heater

were exactly where Bob described it. I've been inspired to put a similar bypass on my boat next year. It would make winterizing my water system on the boat much easier.

It should be very similar. We have a Zinger 27BH, and the lines look different, but it is same setup. Easy way to remember - the "handle" on the valve is in line with the water line when open. It "crosses" the water line when closed. You probably only have 2 shut-off valves like ours and like the photo. I had to crack open a panel in the storage compartment to get to it.

We have the 2012 version of that model and the water pump is under and to the right of the sink. You get to it by standing on your head and looking into the lower cabinet to the right of the sink. You remove the floor panel and then the panel on the left. In addition to the pump and water heater you will probably find sawdust, pieces of wire insulation, wood pieces where they cut out to run wires or pipes. Have your vacuum handy. The water heater is as mentioned in another response being located on the outside of the trailer above where your dump valves and water hookup are located.

Well I had to take my camper back to the factory and I mentioned to them how insane the water bypass and intake pump were, I had basically to take the whole cabinet apart. They fixed it by creating a little door with 4 screws. I may try the industrial strength velcro that sounds like a wonderful idea! They went above and beyond for corrections back at the factory I was really pleased by their work! Also took the factory tour and was very interesting to see. I also mentioned to them their dealers on the web were not up-to-date for a lot of people (me included), dunno if that will get addressed or not. Thank you SO much for the pictures I could not find that 2nd valve and their owners manual does not say or have any diagrams that I can find either!
