Water leak from fridge

2013 hill country HCT 32 RL We bought new in 2013 and after numerous issues we decided on a new year lease at a lake rv park. Parked 3/1 and recently developed leak somewhere under/behind fridge that leaks towards outside door and drips under rv steps. It seems it started when fridge temp was set from 4 to 3 or fridge was open to transfer food to cooler. Any thoughts what could be problem?

Check and make sure the drip catcher tray under the fins is attached to the drain hose. Then check on the drain hose where it comes into the outside of the fridge compartment.

And how do you get behind fridge or see under fridge?

There should be a compartment door on the outside of the trailer, right on the back side of the fridge.

Ok checked that and everything appeared dry. Pulled drawers out below fridge and noticed water but could not tell where it was coming from. Should pan be below drawers?

There should be a pan inside. Right under the freezer fins. That is suppose to catch the water when the ice melts off the fins, and then drain it outside to the back of the fridge, via a very small hose. Then it should drain on the ground.
Sounds like it's either plugged, or unhooked.

Thank you Lloyd. Going to get my manual out and trace back where I saw water under drawers and start from there. Have not had this issue in month that its been stationary in rv park. It sure is frustrating since I have had numerous other issues all fixed of course but sits in repair shop for 3 weeks. Now warranty out so will tackle myself. Thanks again.

Check the fins and see how much frost is built up on them.

the frost may be melting and draining outside of the drip tray.thus laying on the bottom of the fridge and migrating to under there via the door...possibly at the hinged corner. put a towel under the crisper drawer ,see if it gets wet. if that is the reason , add some foil to the front of the drip tray under the fins to extend out abit further.(had to do that on mine.)
or the drip tray is not pushed in far enough to contact the small drain hose behind it...

Checked outside panel and found drip hose w/plug in end resting in drip pan. Plug come out? Fridge fins dripping into tray which is connected in back of tray. Going to monitor to see if anything is leaking.
