After bringing our trailer home from storage. we noticed water stains on the wall just above the kitchen slide out. We notified the dealership and are waiting to hear back from them. A few days ago, we were preparing the trailer for our first trip of the season and found more wet spots on the bottom corners of the rear wall. We didn't see these immediately because they were concealed by the recliner chairs.

Has anyone else experienced this problem or have any thoughts about where the water may be coming from.

Is there a big window back there? Is the window track clean and the weep holes for the windows open?

Check the caulk on the metal trim that covers the seam between the siding and the metal bottompanel.

See if your dealer has one of those units that pressurizes the trailer and shows up leak areas.
