What do I weigh?

May be a little long winded: put the trailer on scales yesterday. Engineered wgts for trailer is 12,380 gvwr ea. axle 5200. Truck fawr 5600 rawr 7000 gvwr 11,500 GCWR 23,500. On the scales TRUCK fawr5220 rawr 3640 total 8900w/o trailer. With trailer truck fawr 5240 rawr 6100 total11,340 trailer axles 8940 truck and trailer 20,320. I had to do some math to come up with the loaded truck rear axle wgt because the scale was too long for me to get just a loaded rear axle. I figured the pin weight to be 2440. Check my math. Weighed at producers co-op.

The numbers look about as good as you can expect. Very little left on the truck's GVWR, but not a big deal. Decent margin on the truck's rear GAWR. Finally, in theory you also have decent margin for the trailer axles. Hopefully, truck and trailer were fully loaded, ready to camp. And it would be great to get individual weights for each trailer tire to make sure no single tire is overloaded.

It was loaded and we've added about 250 more to the trailer. Would love to find somewhere to weigh each tire. Only place I know here is maybe some of the constables they used to work a weigh station just outside town with portable scales.

RVSEF - RV Weighing & Safety Education

This is a company that weighs each wheel separately. Had it done a few years ago at a rally. They weighed the truck separately then on the day we left weighed the truck and rv together. A detailed print out was provided.
