Where is the Water Heater Bypass

The "window sticker" for my unit says that it is equipped with "EZ Winterise with Hot Water Bypass". The problem is I can not find the valve. There is no panel to access behind the water heater from inside or below. It is not inside the exterior access panel. The Crossroads manual is not much help.

It is an Attwood 6 gallon. Do you guys have any idea where I can find the valve?

I bet there IS a door, panel or something like that. You may have to look in a closet, under a cabinet, etc but it is there. I don't know the floor plan and year of your rig, but if you post it, someone will give you more specific guidance.

John, you look inside your rig, "exactly" opposite of where you see the water heater on the outside. That is where you will find the by pass and all the valves.
Like Stan said, you might have to take a panel off, but it's there.

I see you have a rear kitchen. So do we.
My water heater is located on the curb side, back corner. The kitchen sink is in that back corner, and the water heater is right beneath it, along with all the valves. If I remember right, when we got it there was a panel screwed in place right behind the cabinet door beneath the sink. I took the panel out and threw it away. No reason for it to be there.

All good info when you find the correct area you can make an access panel if you choose to keep the cabinet wall panel. Some units have two valves you will have to rotate to make the by-pass. I cut a door in my cabinet wall and added simple hinges and a small hook for closure. Good Luck Have Fun!!

Looking at the floor plan, it appears you have the same kitchen layout as our 31RK. We have 4 drawers (facing forward) to the right of the sink. To access the valves I have to remove the bottom 2 drawers, then lay on the floor and reach in. Took me a while to figure this out.
