I am looking to buy a vent fan. The models I am considering are the Maxxair 7500 and Fan-Tastic 6600. Any thoughts, ideas, suggestions?

I have dealt with Fantastic Fan customer service before and they are a great company to work with. So if you have any issues they will take care of it.

I have the Fantastic 6000. Great fan and have had zero problems. Do a search on rv.net and you will probably find the Fantastic is the most popular.

I also have the fantastic fan in two vents both with rain sensors and theromstats, (dont know the model numbers) and I had a problem with one of them. Im second owner of the trailer and it is 6 yrs old. I called the company, they sent the new parts to fix the vent, which was a gear box, a travel arm and screws and they sent a bunch of the silicone lub for the seals, all of this was free, notta, they didnt even charge me for shipping. I wont buy any other fan for my future trailers thats for sure. Im a fantistic fan, fan for life if thats the customer service they provide.Edited by: fixit5561

I installed a Maxxair deluxe in the bedroom and love it. Fan runs both directions, it's rain proof, opens and closes automatically and it has a remote with thermostat.
